EU-GCC Energy Cooperation and Maritime Security discussed in Abu Dhabi in a side event of WFES 2013

Cleanergy_EU-GCCThe Sharaka project held its second workshop in Abu Dhabi on 16-17 January 2013. The workshop, organised in cooperation with the EU-GCC Clean Energy Network and Masdar Institute, took place in the framework of the World Future Energy Summit (WFES). During the meeting, distinguished experts, including representatives from the European Commission and GCC authorities, exchanged views on potential ways to support and enhance the long-term strategic EU-GCC energy relationship. The Sharaka technical report about EU-GCC cooperation on maritime security was also presented and discussed during the meeting.
